Hi, I’m Jon; coach, breathworker, and lifelong student of the inner world.I’ve always loved exploring psychology and trained for four years as a psychotherapist. I've been increasing drawn to the wisdom of the body: somatics, breathwork, and the ways the nervous system shapes how we live.This free course covers one of the most important ways you can start to make the changes you want in your life.
